Hyatt Regency is recruiting to fill the position of: Sous Chef. The position is located in Ikeja, Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management with 5 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, including supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen management systems is an advantage.
